Registration fees provide access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, refreshments, networking events indicated in the conference agenda and all conference documentations. Registration to the matchmaking day on September 9 is free of charge. It is possible to register solely for this day.
Travel and lodging fees are not included in the registration fee. All delegates are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel. In order to facilitate the hotel bookings we have made some arrangements, for more information check the "practical information" on the conference website.
Cancellation of participation has to be send by email to info@industrial-technologies2010.eu.
In case of cancellation before July 31, 2010 100% will be refunded less an administration charge of €20. As from August 1 2010, no refunds will be made. Substitution of delegates can be made at any time, just send an email to info@industrial-technologies2010.eu so the organisation can make the necessary changes.
Early registration fees are only valid if registered by August 1,2010.
The organisation will carefully guard its participants privacy and does not disclose email addresses for any purpose. Photographs will be taken and videos will be made during the Industrial Technologies 2010 conference. By registering you allow the organisation to publish these pictures.
The organisation has the right to make changes to the programme.
